The owner, Monica, has been a caregiver/administrator since 2009. For 5 years, Monica worked alongside her mother, Blanca, at her board and care. Working with her mother inspired Monica's dream to one day having her own home where she could continue her mother's legacy. When Blanca passed away Monica began working as a Care Manager for a home care agency. After 7 years, Monica was finally able to fulfill her dream of opening her own board and care.

Casa Blanca Senior Living is a privately owned, newly renovated, spacious home that flows with natural light. Very clean, and maintained daily for residents comfort, safe and a sanitary environment.
Our two front facing bedrooms have beautiful views of the mountains, while the back facing bedrooms, dining room, and living spaces look out onto a spacious backyard. Our outdoor space is open with amazing views of the neighborhood park, along with a manicured yard that features a comfortably designed covered sitting area where our residence can entertain guests.
Our home is located in the heart of Simi Valley California which provides a convenient way for friends and family to stay connected with their loved ones. We are only a couple miles away from the 118 Frwy and the AMTRAK Tran Station.
It's very important to us that our residents and their families feel comfortable and cared for while being apart of the Casa Blanca Senior Living family. We hope to make a lasting impression on the family's that we service, along with providing a safe and caring place for the elderly community.
